Mediation & Divorce Coaching
What is Mediation?
Mediation is a structured, informal negotiation process. A process where a neutral mediator utilizes specialized communication and negotiation techniques. This is completely voluntary, confidential, transparent and flexible that helps assist parties in identifying issues and resolving their disputes. We make time to discuss your issue, explore differences, and encourage respect. Mediation only works if both parties come to resolve a conflict in good faith. This means that both parties will listen to what the other is saying.
Why Mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary, inexpensive process to help people come to a resolution. We work with you to reach an agreement that works for all parties involved and make sure everyone’s needs are met. You have more control over the outcome! It is a good alternative to going to court.
What is Divorce Coaching?
Speak to a trained professional who helps individuals navigate the emotional, practical, and decision-making challenges of divorce. Unlike therapists, who focus on healing past trauma, divorce coaches concentrate on the present and future, helping clients manage stress, clarify goals, communicate effectively, and make informed choices throughout the divorce process.
Why Divorce Coaching?
Divorce coaching provides support in areas like co-parenting, financial planning, and rebuilding confidence, aiming to reduce conflict and empower clients to move forward with clarity and resilience.

Preparing for Mediation
Your mediator might ask you to provide a list of the topics you are looking to mediate. Depending on how complex your situation is your mediator may also ask you to do some homework prior to your scheduled mediation.
Here are some questions you may want to think about prior to your mediation.
What are some topics you need to mediate?
What are some concessions you would be willing to make to reach an agreement?
Is there any information you would like to know before coming to a resolution?
What is your goal for this mediation?
Preparing for Divorce Coaching
Before your session, your divorce coach may ask you to complete some brief paperwork outlining your goals and the topics you’d like to discuss. This helps ensure your sessions are focused, productive, and tailored to your specific needs.
