Divorce Mediation & Divorce Coaching
Helping Couples Navigate Separation with Clarity and Confidence
What is Mediation?
Divorce mediation is a voluntary, confidential process that helps couples and families resolve conflict without the stress, expense, and uncertainty of court. As a neutral mediator, I guide productive conversations, help uncover the issues that matter most, and create a supportive environment where both parties can feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach lasting agreements.
Why Mediation?
Mediation is designed to put you in control of the outcome. Rather than having decisions made by a judge, you and the other party work together to identify concerns, explore solutions, and create agreements that meet your unique needs. As a divorce mediator, I provide a structured, supportive environment where meaningful conversations can happen, helping you move through conflict with greater clarity, understanding, and confidence.
What is Coaching?
Divorce and life coaching helps individuals navigate the emotional and practical challenges that often accompany divorce, career transitions, relationship changes, and other major life events. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Through personalized coaching, clients gain tools to manage stress, improve communication, set meaningful goals, make confident decisions, and create a clear path forward.

Life's biggest transitions can leave you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next. As a certified divorce and life coach, I provide personalized guidance, support, and accountability to help you navigate divorce, career transitions, and other major life changes with clarity and confidence. Services We Provide
Mediation
You don't have to face conflict alone. When communication breaks down, it can feel overwhelming, stressful, and difficult to know where to begin. As a trained mediator, I provide a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and understood. Whether you're navigating divorce, co-parenting challenges, family disputes, workplace conflict, or other difficult conversations, I help guide the process with neutrality, compassion, and professionalism.
Through structured mediation, we work together to identify the issues that matter most, improve communication, explore solutions, and create practical agreements that meet the needs of all parties involved. Mediation offers a cost-effective and less stressful alternative to litigation, empowering you to maintain control over important decisions rather than leaving them in the hands of a court. My goal is to help you move beyond conflict, reduce uncertainty, and reach lasting resolutions that support a healthier path forward for everyone involved.
Divorce Mediation
You are not alone during one of life's most challenging transitions. Whether you're considering divorce, working through a separation, creating a parenting plan, or resolving a family dispute, mediation provides a respectful and supportive path forward. As a neutral divorce mediator, I help create a calm environment where both parties can communicate openly, address concerns, and focus on finding practical solutions rather than escalating conflict.
Through divorce and family mediation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the issues that matter most, explore options together, and develop agreements tailored to your unique situation. My role is to guide productive conversations, clarify misunderstandings, and ensure both voices are heard throughout the process. Mediation empowers you to make important decisions collaboratively, helping you avoid the emotional and financial costs of litigation while maintaining greater control over the outcome.
Once an agreement is reached, you'll receive a clear, organized written summary that can be used as the foundation for your official divorce documents. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, reduce uncertainty, and create lasting agreements that support your family, your future, and your peace of mind.
Your children deserve a parenting plan that grows with them. As life changes, schedules, school activities, holidays, and family needs evolve too. Whether you're creating a new parenting plan or modifying an existing one, mediation provides a supportive and child-focused process designed to help parents work together in the best interests of their children.
As a neutral mediator, I help parents navigate important decisions involving residential schedules, holiday and summer parenting time, school arrangements, transportation, communication expectations, and other co-parenting concerns. Together, we'll create a respectful space where both parents can openly discuss their goals, explore solutions, and develop practical agreements that support stability, consistency, and healthy relationships for their children.
Parenting plan mediation offers a cost-effective and less stressful alternative to court, empowering parents to make decisions collaboratively while reducing conflict and improving communication. My goal is to help families create clear, workable parenting plans that not only address today's needs but also provide a strong foundation for successful co-parenting in the future. Because when parents work together, children benefit most.

As a certified divorce and life coach, I provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and create a meaningful plan for your future.
Together, we'll focus on your goals, strengthen your mindset, improve communication skills, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for managing stress and making confident decisions. Meetings Available In-person & Zoom
Flexible Mediation & Coaching Services Throughout Washington State
Support should be accessible, convenient, and tailored to your needs. That's why I offer mediation and coaching services both virtually and, when available, in person for clients in Pullman, Spokane, and surrounding Washington State communities. Whether you're navigating divorce, co-parenting challenges, family conflict, or personal growth, you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
Virtual sessions through Zoom allow you to participate from the comfort of your home, office, or even while traveling, making it easier to stay committed to the process despite busy work and family schedules. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of meeting remotely without the stress of additional travel or scheduling challenges.
For clients who prefer face-to-face support, in-person mediation sessions may be available upon request and subject to availability. Life coaching sessions can also be held via Zoom or in a relaxed public setting such as a local coffee shop, providing a comfortable and informal environment where you can feel at ease discussing your goals, challenges, and next steps.
Evening and after-hours appointments may also be available upon request because I understand that life's challenges don't always fit within traditional business hours. My goal is to make mediation and coaching as accessible, supportive, and accommodating as possible, so you can receive the guidance you need, when and where it works best for you.
“Navigating Conflict. Creating Clarity.”
Preparing for Mediation
Preparing for mediation can help you feel more confident, organized, and ready to make the most of your time. While every situation is unique, taking a few moments to reflect on your goals and concerns before your session can make the process more productive and help you move toward meaningful resolution.
Depending on the complexity of your situation, you may be asked to provide a list of the topics you would like to address during mediation. In some cases, your mediator may also recommend gathering information or completing a few preparation steps before your scheduled session. This preparation is not meant to create more work, but to help ensure that everyone's time is focused, productive, and solution-oriented.
Whether you're participating in divorce mediation, family mediation, parenting plan mediation, workplace mediation, or another form of conflict resolution, consider the following questions before your session:
What issues or concerns would you like to resolve through mediation?
What are your most important goals and priorities?
Are there areas where you may be willing to compromise to reach an agreement?
Is there information you need before making a final decision?
What would a successful outcome look like for you?
How can you help support a productive and respectful conversation?
Mediation is most successful when both parties come prepared to communicate openly, listen respectfully, and focus on finding practical solutions. You don't need to have all the answers before your session. My role as a mediator is to guide the conversation, help clarify issues, and create a supportive environment where both parties can work toward agreements that meet their needs and help them move forward with confidence.
Preparing for Coaching
Taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to figure everything out on your own. Before your coaching session, I may ask you to complete a brief questionnaire that helps identify your goals, challenges, and the areas of your life where you'd like support. This allows us to make the most of our time together and ensures that each session is tailored to your unique needs, priorities, and vision for the future.
Whether you're navigating divorce recovery, co-parenting challenges, a career transition, relationship concerns, or personal growth, this preparation helps create a coaching experience that is focused, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you. By gaining a better understanding of your goals from the start, we can develop practical strategies, build confidence, and create a clear path forward together.
My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Every coaching journey is different, and your sessions will be designed around helping you overcome obstacles, strengthen resilience, gain clarity, and take confident steps toward the life you want to create.
