Ana Goodman Womack

I’ve been a mediator in Washington State since 2022, having completed comprehensive mediation training with Northwest Mediation in Spokane, WA, and specialized Divorce Mediation Training with Professor Bob Collins of New York. I am also a certified Divorce Coach through IAP Career College.

With a strong background in conflict resolution, I’ve helped individuals and families find common ground in challenging situations. My earlier work in the education system, supporting middle school students in resolving conflicts and developing collaborative solutions, taught me that conflict can arise anywhere, even in the most unexpected places.

On a personal level, I’ve also navigated a divorce with children, so I understand firsthand how overwhelming and emotional the process can be. It’s not easy to make decisions that affect your family, and sometimes it’s hard to see the path forward. That’s where mediation can help.

As a neutral party, my role is to support you in making the best decisions for you and your family. Mediation allows you to shape your own outcome, a more empowering and flexible approach than leaving those decisions to the court. Every family is unique, and I believe the solutions should be as well.

As a Divorce Coach, I help individuals navigate the emotional, practical, and decision-making challenges of divorce. Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing the past, coaching is future-focused, helping you manage stress, clarify your goals, communicate effectively, and make confident, informed choices throughout the divorce process.
